System Configuration Done — Business settings, tax rules, payment methods, and inventory categories configured

WEEK 2 Customization & Testing

System Tailored to Workflows — Customizations applied based on client feedback and operational requirements

Modules Tested — Inventory, sales, and reporting modules tested and validated for accuracy

Performance & Readiness Validated — System performance confirmed and go-live readiness assessed

WEEK 3 Training, Hardware & Go‑Live Prep

Staff Training Delivered — Onsite or virtual training conducted with user guides and video resources provided

Hardware Setup & Integrated — Tablet, printer, and peripherals set up and integrated with the system

Integrated System Test Passed — Hardware-software combined testing completed successfully

Go‑Live Readiness Review Done — Final readiness review completed and sign-off obtained

WEEK 4 Validation, Installation & Stabilization

QA & Fine-Tuning Complete — Quality assurance performed and system settings fine-tuned

Installation Completed — Onsite (Port Harcourt) or guided remote installation completed successfully

30-Day Support Period Commenced — Post-deployment stabilization support period initiated and client briefed
